DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. – The Embry-Riddle women's track and field team began its outdoor campaign Saturday at the ERAU Invite. The Eagles recorded 20 top-three performances across 19 events.
Highlight Performances
- Jade Nayap took first overall in the high jump with a mark of 1.63m, while teammate Megan Grant cleared 1.58m to claim second place.
- The 4x100m team of Michala Daniels, Olivia Worrell, Liora C. Best and Genesis Jones won its opening relay of the 2026 outdoor season with a time of 47.54.
- After running on the winning 4x100m relay, Best finished first in the 400m with a time of 55.75 and second in the 200m with a time of 25.15.
- Anaya Shrider and Hailey Bruce led the throws group, finishing first in the hammer and javelin with marks of 43.06m and 42.08m, respectively.
- Alexandra Baltazar Hall had a strong outdoor debut in the discus, finishing second with a throw of 46.89m, the second-farthest PR in program history.
