BOCA RATON, Fla. - The No. 14-ranked and sixth-seeded Embry-Riddle men's tennis team took to the courts of the Perper Tennis Complex in Boca Raton, Fla. on Thursday morning, competing against No. 8-ranked and third-seeded Rollins in the Sunshine State Conference Championship Quarterfinals.
Embry-Riddle had a sluggish start in doubles and could not find a footing as the Tars went on to secure a 4-0 victory to advance in the tournament.

- The Tars opened with an early 1-0 lead thanks to a pair of 6-2 wins in doubles on courts two and three.
- Joao Morgado and Joshua Nuyts dropped the second flight while Mason Cisco and Manuel Lanteri competed in the third flight.
- Court one was left unfinished as Rollins was ahead 5-2.
- Rollins followed with a swift 6-1, 6-2 decision on court one of singles as No. 8-ranked Lawson Prather defeated No. 15 Marc Mail.
- The Tars managed to capture court six next as Frederic Tu fell 7-6 (7-3), 6-3 to Pete Tran.
- Rollins clinched the match with Nico de Giacomo's 6-4, 7-5 win over Manuel Lanteri on court three.
- The Eagles were battling on courts two, four, and five as all three we either in or headed to three sets at the time of the clinch, forcing to be left unfinished.
