DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. – The Embry-Riddle Eagles split Saturday's doubleheader against the Florida Southern Mocs to conclude the 2026 regular season, battling a lengthy weather delay in the season finale.
In game one, the Eagles rallied from behind in the late innings for the second straight day to earn a 7-6 victory. In game two, Embry-Riddle struggled offensively as Florida Southern claimed a 9-2 win.

- Florida Southern opened the scoring in the top of the third inning with one run on three hits.
- The Mocs added two more runs in the fourth inning on three hits and an Embry-Riddle error.
- Max McClusky got the Eagles on the board with an RBI single to cut the deficit to 3-1.
- Florida Southern responded in the top of the fifth with an RBI double.
- Embry-Riddle answered in the bottom half of the inning with a bases-loaded RBI walk by Drew Clymer, but stranded two runners.

- The Mocs added three more runs in the second inning on two hits and one Embry-Riddle error to make it 4-0.
- The Eagles threatened in the bottom of the third inning with back-to-back singles from Max McClusky and Francisco Feliciano, but left both runners stranded.
- Malachi Peña drove in Embry-Riddle's first run of the game with a sacrifice fly that scored Torin Foley, cutting the deficit to 4-1.
- Florida Southern capitalized on Eagle errors in the fifth and sixth innings to extend the lead to 6-1.
- Aidan Corn doubled in the bottom of the sixth inning and later scored on an RBI ground out by Foley.
- The Mocs added one run in the seventh inning on three hits.
