JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — Embry-Riddle placed sixth in the women's 5k at Cecil Field Golf Course with 147 points, a total time of 1:33:07 and an average time of 18:37. Taylor Roth led Embry-Riddle in 10th place at 18:09.5, and Izzy Villarreal followed in 15th at 18:18.4.

Roth finished 10th in the 5k with a time of 18:09.5 and a score of 10. In her debut for the Eagles, Villarreal placed 15th in 18:18.4, adding a score of 15. Madison Johnson recorded a 35th-place finish in 18:40.6 with a score of 34. Charlotte O'Brien finished 43rd in 18:56.9 and scored 42. Lastly, Emily Tubbs finished in 47th-place to round out the top five. 

Vanicia Thomas and Reese Murphy were the sixth and seventh finishers for Embry-Riddle with 52nd-place and 53rd-place finishes respectively, joining Villarreal in the top seven in their debut races.
