Biography

Fall 2004: Co-captain picked up where she left off last spring posting an 83.83 stroke average with two top 20 finishes in three events highlighted by 7th at Start2Finish Collegiate Invitational.2003-04: Finished second on the team in stroke average (83.47)...posted three top 10 and three top 20 finishes highlighted by season-best fifth-place efforts at the Coca-Cola Intercollegiate and the Florida Sun Conference/NAIA Region XIV tournament...her fifth-place finish at the NAIA Region XIV tournament helped earn All-FSC and All-Region honors...tied for 55th at the NAIA National Championship...recorded a season-low 78 at the CSU-San Marcos Invitational.

2002-03: One of three players to play in all nine tournaments and 21 rounds...collected honorable-mention All-American, NAIA All-Region XIV, All-Florida Sun Conference, and NAIA Championship All-Tournament honors...posted third-best Eagle stroke average at 83.38 ? a five-stroke improvement from 2001-02 when posting an 88.5 average...closed out year with some of her best golf including finishing ninth at NAIA National Championship firing a pair of career-best 78s in the final two rounds...posted three top 10 and six top 20 finishes including season-best share of 6th at the Lady Eagle Invitational (36-hole total of 160).

2001-02: Played in all 10 tournaments and ranked fourth in stroke average (88.5)...opened the spring schedule with a season-best 171 at the Bethune-Cookman Spring Invitational finishing second among Eagle players claiming a share of 24th...claimed the second-lowest round for the Eagles at the NAIA National Championships and her lowest score for the year with an 83 in the third round...recorded an 84 at the Lady Falcon Invitational to claim her low round of the fall.

High School: 2001 graduate of Eagle Valley High in Gypsum...four-year starter for the Devils...held down the top spot for EVHS for her entire prep career, earning All-League honors in her final three seasons...runner-up at the 4A state tournament as a senior...helped guide the Devils to a state championship...also competed in volleyball and cross country skiing...named Outstanding Female Nordic Skier three times (1999-01)...National Honor Society student, earning four academic letters...four-time selection to Eagle Valley's Principal's Honor Roll.

Personal: Majoring in Aeronautical Science...born on April 21, 1983...daughter of Glen and Janet Ewing...father was a four-year cross country skier for Western State College and member of US Olympic Ski team.
