Biography

As a Junior in 2010: Named to the Tachikara-NAIA All-America Second Team…first Eagle in program history to be named to an All-America team…named to the NAIA National Tournament All-Tournament Team, also a first in program history...member of the AVCA First Team All-Southeast Region for the second straight year..named to the ERAU National Guard Classic All-Tournament Team (Sept. 2-4)...earned MVP honors at the Rumpke Invitational (Sept. 10-11)...five-time conference player of the week...earned The Sun Conference Player of the Year honors for the second straight year…one of six Eagles named to the All-Conference team…led the conference in kills/set with 4.4, which also ranked 11th in the country…totaled 553 kills, the second-highest single-season total in school history…moved into second place all-time in ERAU history with 1284 kills…also moved up to second-highest kills/set (3.99) and points/set (4.62) in program history…climbed into the top five in program history in attack attempts (3219, third), kills (1284, fourth), points (1486.5, fourth) and hitting percentage (.263, fourth)…recorded .625 hitting percentage in 3-0 win over Florida Memorial (Sept. 18), the highest individual single-game hitting percentage for the season…only Eagle to post 20+ kills in a match; did so nine times…tallied season-high 26 kills in 3-1 win over Shorter (Ga.) on Oct. 15…registered season-highs in digs (18) and blocks (four) in 3-2 win over Flagler (Nov. 10)…posted 11 double-doubles on the year, including 25 kills and 16 digs in 3-1 win over Wayland Baptist (Sept. 2).

As a Sophomore in 2009:
The Sun Conference Player of the Year…first team All-Conference selection…honorable mention All-America…AVCA All-Southeast Region First Team..named to the Bahama House Invitational All-Tournament Team...led ERAU and The Sun Conference in kills with 387, which also ranked 26th in the NAIA…played in all 32 matches (102 sets)…produced 27 service aces, 226 digs, 37 blocks and 12 assists during the 2009 campaign…third in the league in hitting percentage at .274…earned Sun Conference Player of the Week honors on Sept. 14 after hitting .435 with 31 kills and 16 digs in a two-match weekend…earned her second league player of the week honor after posting three double-digit kill matches during the week of Oct. 5-11…tallied 32 kills, four aces, nine digs and two blocks against conference opponent Webber International on Oct. 16…her 25 kills, 14 digs and one block led the Eagles to a 3-1 win over SCAD on Oct. 21.

As a Freshman in 2008: The first Eagle in program history to be named The Sun Conference Newcomer of the Year…also earned AVCA Southeast Region honorable mention and first team All-Conference honors...named MVP of Pacific Coast Classic...earned All-Tournament Team honors at the Homewood Suites Invitational...led the league in service aces per set (0.71) and was second in the conference in kills per set (3.62)…led the team with 344 kills and a .275 hitting percentage…led the team and conference with 67 aces ranking her fifth in the NAIA in aces per set…also ranked 31st in the nation in kills per set…a two time Conference Player of the Week (Sept. 29 and Oct. 20)…marked 39 total blocks and was second on the team in digs with 297...played in 95 sets with 18 assists and 21 service receptions.

Prep: Completed her tenure at Mercy Academy in May of 2008…four-year letterwinner…a four-time Kentucky High School State Volleyball Tournament participant…led her team to second (2004), third (2005 & 2007), and eighth (2006) place finishes…leader of the only team to beat the No.1 nationally ranked Assumption High School…played nine club/AAU seasons for the Kentucky & Indiana Volleyball Academy (KIVA)…named the Most Valuable Player at the 2008 AAU Junior National Volleyball Championships as she led her team to a first place finish…team finished in the top-10 in seven of the nine seasons with KIVA…named to the AAU National Volleyball All-Tournament team in 2004 and 2005  after team finished second and fifth, respectively.

Personal: Daughter of Ronnie and Debbie Hall…majoring in Aerospace Engineering…received First Honors from Mercy Academy…attended the Mercy Academy Leadership Conference in Cincinnati, Ohio…ranked among the top 30% in her graduating class…in her spare time, she volunteers for Meals for the Less Fortunate, the St. Athanasius Fish Fry, Race for the Cure and Senior Services…member of ERAU’s Air Force ROTC program…completed Field Training in the summer of 2010, ranking among the top 50% of her flight...currently holds the rank of Cadet Major...she looks forward to commissioning and serving in the Air Force after her graduation in Fall 2012.
