2013-14: INDOOR: Finished ninth in the 5,000m at the Embry-Riddle Indoor-Outdoor Challenge (Jan. 25) in 16:40.65…ran a 9:29.55 in the 3,000m at the Embry-Riddle Last Chance (Feb. 22). OUTDOOR: Participated in five meets during the outdoor season…posted a time of 10:40.36 in the 3,000m Steeplechase at The Sun Conference Championships (May 21)…placed third in the 3,000m Steeplechase at the UNF Spring Break Invitational (March 28), finishing in 10:40.08.
 
2012-13: CROSS COUNTRY: Competed in all seven meets for the Blue and Gold…posted his career-best time of 27:16.97 at the Sand Shark Invite (Oct. 20)…placed 16th overall at The Sun Conference Championship (Nov. 3) in 27:30.79…fifth Eagle finisher at the NAIA National Championship (Nov. 17) where he ran a time of 28:18. INDOOR: Ran in four meets as a sophomore...ran a 9:19.72 in the 3000m at the Embry-Riddle Last Chance (Feb. 16) and a 16:17.31 in the 5000m at the Tiger Paw Invite (Feb. 9). OUTDOOR: All-Conference performer in the 3000m Steeplechase at The Sun Conference Championships (Apr. 22), finishing second in 10:47.67...posted a career-best 10:24.21 at the Bulls Invitational (Mar. 15) in the 3000m Steeplechase.

2011-12: CROSS COUNTRY: Ran in seven of the Eagles’ eight meets…placed 10th overall and seventh on the team at the Asics Embry-Riddle Classic (Oct. 8) in a time of 30:07.47…helped ERAU to their seventh straight Sun Conference title at The Sun Conference Championships (Nov. 5) when he ran a time of 29:31.84, finishing 26th overall…best time of the year was at the USF Invitational (Sept. 9) in 27:52.56. INDOOR: Finished second at the Webber Warrior Indoor Track Classic (Feb. 11) in the 3000m, running a 9:36.10…his best mark of 9:31.07 in the event came at the Florida Gator Invitational (Jan. 22). OUTDOOR: Competed in five meets for the Blue and Gold…finished sixth at The Sun Conference Championships (Apr. 23) in both the 3000m Steeplechase (10:49.40) and the 10,000m (35:32.07).

PREP: 2011 graduate of Niceville High School...ran for coaches Shereman Eller and Mike Warren...posted personal bests of 4:46.31 (1600m), 9:54.43 (3200m) and 15:52.75 (5000m) during his high school career.

PERSONAL: Born on Jun. 15, 1993 in Landstuhl, Germany...son of Carolyn Ripp and David Riggs...majoring in Mechanical Engineering...volunteered for roadside cleanup.
