Biography
As a Junior in 2011-12: Recipient of a Cazzie Russell Champions of Character Award…named team captain…became the first walk-on in ERAU basketball history to earn a spot in the Eagles’ every day starting five…was the starting point guard in 22 games…averaged 21.3 minutes per contest…scored a season-high 14 points on 5-of-10 shooting from the field and 3-fo-3 from the three-point line against Northwood on Jan. 19…contributed 12 points against Voorhees (Jan. 4) and 10 points in each game against Mary Washington (Dec. 30) and Webber International (Jan. 14)…was 4-for-4 from the charity stripe against Ave Maria (Jan. 28)…dished out a season-high eight assists against Mount Vernon Nazarene…recorded four steals against Mary Washington.
As a Sophomore in 2010-11: Came off the bench in 20 games…averaged 1.3 points in 4.7 minutes per game…shot 78.6 percent (11-of-14) from the free throw line…scored five points in each game against Maryland Bible (Nov. 28) and Daemen (Nov. 12)…made 3-of-4 free throws in three contests, including Tennessee Wesleyan (Nov. 6), Daemen (Nov. 12) and Johnson and Wales (Jan. 8)…tallied two rebounds, two assists and two steals against Johnson & Wales (Jan. 8).
As A Freshman in 2009-10: Came of the Eagle bench to control the point guard spot in 20 games…averaged 2.4 minutes per contest…highest scoring game of the year against Johnson and Wales (Jan. 15) when he tallied four points on perfect 4-for-4 shooting from the charity stripe…also had three rebounds in that contest…contributed three assists and a steal in eight minutes against Florida College (Nov. 20).
Prep: Played two seasons for Coach Mike Clutter at East Ridge High School…averaged nine points, three assists and two steals as a junior…closed out his high school career averaging 11.9 points, five assists, two rebounds and 1.5 steals per game in his senior year…two-time recipient of the Coach’s Award…also played for the Leesburg AAU team.
