2013-14: CROSS COUNTRY: Academic All-Sun Conference honoree, as well as a Daktronics-NAIA Scholar-Athlete…ran in five meets for the Blue and Gold…set his personal-best time of 28:58.41 at the Seminole Invitational (Oct. 11). INDOOR: Participant in three meets…won the 4x800m relay at the Embry-Riddle Last Chance (Feb. 22) in 7:52.45…posted a career-best 1:23.80 in the 600m at the Embry-Riddle Indoor-Outdoor Challenge (Jan. 25). OUTDOOR: Named an Academic All-Conference and Daktronics-NAIA Scholar-Athlete…All-Conference performer in the 4x800m relay with a first-place finish at The Sun Conference Championships (April 21) in 7:53.79/
 
2012-13: CROSS COUNTRY: Five meet participant for the Blue and Gold…posted a career-best time of 29:24.54 at the Sand Shark Invite (Oct. 20). INDOOR: Participated in the Distance Medley Relay at the NAIA Indoor Track & Field National Championships (Feb. 13), helping the Eagles post a time of 10:39.05...part of the 4x400m relay team that placed sixth at the Jimmy Carnes Invitational (Jan. 27) in 3:36.15...4x800m relay team won the event at the Embry-Riddle Last Chance (Feb. 16) in 7:59.75...ran a 1:26.90 in the 600m at the Embry-Riddle Last Chance. OUTDOOR: Ran in seven meets during the spring season...All-Conference performer in the 4x800m relay with a 7:54.73 time at The Sun Conference Championships (Apr. 22)...best 800m time of his collegiate career came at the Spikes Classic (Apr. 6) 1:59.16.

2011-12: CROSS COUNTRY: Ran in five meets as a freshman…placed 53rd overall in 29:40.95 at the UCF Black & Gold Challenge (Oct. 14), his best time of the season. INDOOR: Participated in four meets for the Eagles during the winter season…ran a 1:24.10 in the 600m at the ERAU Last Chance meet (Feb. 18), recording a career-best…finished fifth in the 1000m in 2:42.44 at the ERAU Indoor/Outdoor Challenge (Jan. 28). OUTDOOR: Posted a pair of personal records in the 400m (52.33) and the 800m (2:01.59) at The Sun Conference Championships (Apr. 23) and North Florida Invitational (Mar. 31) respectively.

PREP: 2011 graduate of Kennett High School in North Conway, New Hampshire …ran cross country for three seasons under coaches Bernie Livingston and Tim Livingston…named cross country team captain in both 2009 and 2010…ran four years of track at Kenntt, earning six letters…school record holder in the 600m run, 4x400m relay and 4x800m relay…helped his 4x800m relay team place third at the New Hampshire Indoor Track and Field State Championships…finished third in the 600m run at the state championships…earned the 2011 Don Trimble Award given to the Most Valuable Athlete on the track and field squad…advanced to the New England Championships where he raced to an 18th place finish in the 800m run…ran for the White Mountain Milers…named the North Country Outstanding Career Technical Student of the Year…nominated for membership in the National Society of High School Scholars…earned High Honors in every quarter of high school…selected as the Math Achievement Award winner, as well as the Golden Compass Award winner for excellence in CAD (computer aided drafting) and the Economic Academic Archie Award.

PERSONAL: Born in Berlin, N.H. on Jan. 1, 1993…son of Sonya and Rick L’Heureux…pursuing a degree in Aerospace Engineering…member of the National Honor Society, National Technical Honor Society and National French Honor Society…participated in numerous volunteer activities throughout high school.
