2014-15: CROSS COUNTRY: Competed in five meets for the Eagles…posted a career best time of 26:59.95 at the Mountain Dew Invitational (Sept. 20)…finished ninth overall at the ERAU ASICS Classic (Sept. 27)…named a Daktronics-NAIA Scholar Athlete at the conclusion of the season.  INDOOR: Helped the Distance Medley Relay team finish second at the Jimmy Carnes Invitational (Jan. 23) with a 10:35.09 time…posted a career-best 2:00.86 in the 800m at the Embry-Riddle Last Chance (Feb. 21), also posted a collegiate-best time of 2:36.60 in the 1,000m at the same meet. OUTDOOR: All-Sun Conference performer in the 1,500m with a third-place finish (4:06.65) at The Sun Conference Championships (April 19)…finished fourth at the UCF Twilight (April 30) in the 1,500m (4:13.64)…Academic All-Conference and NAIA-Daktronics Scholar-Athlete honoree.

2013-14: CROSS COUNTRY: Named to the Academic All-Sun Conference roster…ran in five meets for the Eagles, finishing in a career-best 28:36.10 at the Sand Shark Invite (Oct. 26)…ran 29:54.86 at the Embry-Riddle Asics Classic (Sept. 21) to place 19^th. INDOOR: Posted a pair of collegiate-best times in the 1,000m (2:37.65) and the Mile (4:36.88) at the Embry-Riddle Last Chance (Feb. 22) and the Bob Pollock Invitational (Jan. 31), respectively…part of the Distance Medley Relay team that placed third at the Bob Pollock Invitational in 10:36.38. OUTDOOR: Academic All-Sun Conference and Daktronics-NAIA Scholar-Athlete honoree…earned All-Conference recognition in the 4x800m relay by winning the event at The Sun Conference Championships (April 21) in 7:53.79…posted a 2:01.89 in the 800m at the Embry-Riddle Spike’s Classic (April 4) for a career-best time…also ran a 4:11.00 in the 1,500m at the same meet, finishing 19^th overall.
 
2012-13: CROSS COUNTRY: Ran in five meets as a freshman…ran a career-best 29:15.73 in his final race of the season, the Sand Shark Invite (Oct. 20), finishing 98th overall. INDOOR: Competed in four meets with seven top-10 finishes...helped the 4x800m relay team win at the Embry-Riddle Last Chance (Feb. 13) in a time of 7:59.75...placed third in the 1000m at the Last Chance with a time of 2:42.95. OUTDOOR: Ran a 2:03.89 in the 800m at the Hurricane Invitational (Apr. 13) before posting a 4:17.75 at the same meet.

PREP: 2012 graduate of Newtown High School…ran for David Foss and Dan Mcillrath while with the Nighhawks…served as cross country team captain, helping his squad to a second-place finish at the Southwest Colonial Conference championships…posted his best-ever Mile time of 4:36 during his senior year.

PERSONAL: Born in New Orleans, Louisiana on Jan. 5, 1994…parents are James and Linda Lintz…majoring in Aeronautical Science…organized several community outreach projects, including an annual dodge ball tournament and the revitalization of a local cemetery.
