2015-16: CROSS COUNTRY: Competed in six meets for ERAU…posted a season-best time of 27:44.12 at the Sand Shark Invitational (Oct. 24). INDOOR: Raced in a pair of meets during the indoor season, including a season-best 17:27.76 in the 5000m at the Embry-Riddle Indoor/Outdoor Challenge (Jan. 23). OUTDOOR: Posted a collegiate-best 9:32.40 in the 3000m at the Embry-Riddle Spikes Classic (April 2) to place fourth overall…time of 16:51.90 in the 5000m at the Florida DII Intercollegiate Invitational (April 16) was his second-best mark ever in the event.

2014-15: CROSS COUNTRY: Ran in five events for the Eagles…best time of the season (27:38.65) came at the Sand Shark Invitational (Oct. 25). INDOOR: Ran in the 5000m at the Embry-Riddle Indoor/Outdoor Challenge (Jan. 17), finishing in 17:20. 24). OUTDOOR: Competed in the 10,000m at The Sun Conference Championships (April 19), finishing in 38:10.51…posted a career-best time of 4:31.08 in the 1,500m at the Bulls Invitational (March 20).

2013-14: CROSS COUNTRY: Ran in six meets for Embry-Riddle…fastest time came at the Sand Shark Invite (Oct. 26) when he finished 88^th overall in 27:26.11…placed 27^th at the ASICS Classic (Sept. 21) in a time of 31:23.46. INDOOR: Ran the 3000m in two meets, placing 15^th at the Embry-Riddle Indoor-Outdoor Challenge (Jan. 25) with a finish of 9:51.61 and 23^rd at the Embry-Riddle Last Chance (Feb. 22) in a time of 9:37.15. OUTDOOR: Specialized in the 5000m for the Eagles with his best finish of 12^th coming at The Sun Conference Championships (April 21) in 18:07.57…posted a career-best 16:16.28 at the FSU Relays (March 21).
 
Prep: Graduated from North Hunterdon High School in the spring of 2013...ran for coaches Tom Higgins and Charles Heidecker...ran a 4:42 Mile in the spring of 2012 and posted a 5K-best 16:18 time in a road race...named a second team All-Skyland Conference performer as a senior and junior...helped lead NHHS to the Skyland Conference title and a third-place finish at the New Jersey State meet.
 
Personal: Born in Midland, Michigan...parents are Sandra and Joseph Carosi...mother Sandra was a member of the Drexel University swim team and father Joseph ran cross country for the Dragons...majoring in Mechanical Engineering...assists in coaching the Hunterdon Lions track club.
