2021-22: SSC Commissioner's Honor Roll recipient...competed in seven meets, including all three postseason events...finished in 25:29.8 at the UAH Invitational (Oct. 9)...placed 29th overall in 26:45.1 at the SSC Championships (Oct. 23).

2020-21: CROSS COUNTRY: Second Team All-SSC performer and SSC All-Championship Team honoree after a 10th-place finish at the SSC Championship (Feb. 27)...placed fourth overall at the Daytona Dual (Jan. 30).

2019-20: CROSS COUNTRY: Individual qualifier for the 2019 NCAA II National Championship (Nov. 23) where he finished 121st in a school-record 10K time of 31:44.9...NCAA II All-South Region performer at the NCAA II South Region Championship (Nov. 9) where he finished ninth overall in 32:33.9, the eighth top-10 finish of his career...second team All-Sunshine State Conference runner with an eighth-place finish at the SSC Championship (Oct. 26)...became the 10th-fastest 8K runner in program history at the FSU Invitational (10/11/19), finishing in 25:11.7...placed fourth overall at the ASICS Embry-Riddle Classic (Sept. 21), helping ERAU to the team title...SSC Commissioner's Honor Roll. INDOOR: Ran in seven meets...posted a career-best 8:34.50 in the 3,000m at the South Carolina Invitational (Feb. 8)...ran a personal-best time of 14:51.39 in the 5,000m at the Tampa Track Classic (Feb. 28)...won the 5,000m at both the Embry-Riddle Bahama House First Chance Last Chance Meet (Feb. 22) and the Embry-Riddle Indoor-Outdoor Challenge (Jan. 25).

2018-19: CROSS COUNTRY: Sunshine State Runner of the Year...first team All-SSC and SSC All-Championship team member after leading the Eagles to their first-ever SSC championship (Nov. 3), winning the meet in 25:24.00...All-South Region honoree with a seventh-place finish at the NCAA II South Region meet (Nov. 17) in 32:12.91, setting the program record for a 10K race...posted three top-10 finishes on the year...posted a personal-best 8K time of 25:15.6 at the Sand Shark Invitational (Oct. 20), becoming the 11th-fastest runner in program history. INDOOR: Set personal bests in the mile (4:20.93) and 3000m (8:43.20) at the USC Open Indoor (Feb. 16)…earned All-South Region honors from the USTFCCCA in the 5000m. OUTDOOR: Won the 10,000m in 33:23.11 at the IMG Academy Invitational (March 16)…posted career-best 4:12.75 in the 1500m at the Embry-Riddle Spikes Classic (March 30)…scored points at the Peach Belt Championships with seventh-place results in the 5000m (15:31.74) and the 10,000m (33:20.84) (April 18-20)…named to the All-South Region team in the 5000m and the mile by the USTFCCCA.

2017-18: SSC Commissioner’s Honor Roll recipient. CROSS COUNTRY: Ran in three meets as a true freshman…top Eagle finisher at the Holloway Park Preseason Festival (Sept. 2) when he placed second overall in 15:50.84…helped the Eagles to a meet title at the ASICS ERAU Classic (Sept. 16) when he ran a 27:08.1 to finish fourth overall. INDOOR: Ran in five meets...ran a season-best time of 9:10.35 in the 3,000m at the KMS Invitational (Jan. 28)...finished second in both the 3,000m (9:22.21) and 5,000m (15:45.32) at the Dunamis Super Meet (Feb. 11). OUTDOOR: Competed in six meets, including the Embry-Riddle/West Virginia Wesleyan Dual (March 5) where he posted a pair of personal-best times in the 800m (2:06.16) and 1,500m (4:24.74)...finished sixth in the 5,000m in a season-best 15:25.95 at the UCF Black and Gold Challenge (March 17)...placed third overall in the 10,000m in 33:12.12 at the Embry-Riddle Spikes Classic (April 7).

Prep: Graduated Cum Laude in 2017 from Downingtown High School...helped his indoor track team to the 2016 Pennsylvania state title, competing in the Distance Medley Relay...helped his cross country team to the 2015 state title, a third-place finish in 2016 and fourth-place showing in 2014...captained his cross country and track teams.
