2022-23 (Graduate): Placed third in Eights (25:54.3) at Jacksonville (Oct. 29).
2021-22 (Senior): Part of the Sunshine State Conference Boat of the Year (Varsity 4), the first Eagle vessel to receive the honor…selected to the All-SSC Team…grabbed an 11th-place result in Championship 4+ at the Head of the South (Nov. 13) with a 18:48.9…also finished fourth in Championship 8+ (16:20.0)…won the Varsity 4 ‘B’ race (8:14.7) and earned a runner-up placement in Varsity 8 (6:47.9) at the Tars Regatta (March 5)…placed first in two races in a double dual at Stetson (March 12) against Jacksonville (7:53.2) and the Hatters (7:54.5)…stopped the clock at 7:52.9 to win the Division II Varsity 4 race at Florida Tech (March 19)…helped the Eagles win an overall FIRA (April 2) title with victories in Division II Varsity 4 (7:33.58) and JV 8 (7:22.64)…powered the Varsity 4 boat to a bronze medal (7:50.976) at SIRA (April 16), becoming the first varsity vessel to medal at the regatta in program history…assisted in ERAU claiming its first SSC Championship (April 22) with a win in Varsity 4 (8:31.3)…broke the program-record time with a 7:19.911 in Varsity 4 at the Dad Vail Regatta (May 14)…second-place finish in Varsity 4 (7:49.647) at the NCAA II National Championship (May 28) aided the Eagles in placing third overall, the best national result in program history.
2020-21 (Junior): Nabbed first win of the season at the FIRA Championship (April 3) in the Varsity Eight with a 7:50.29…followed up with a second-place finish in Varsity Eight (7:12.20) at the Stetson Invitational (April 10)…clocked in at 7:12.3 to finish second again in Varsity Eight during the Sunshine State Conference Championships (April 23)…aided the Eagles in reaching the NCAA II Championships (May 29) in Varsity Eight where she finished fourth (7:00.62).
2019-20 (Sophomore): Named to the SSC Commissioner’s Honor Roll…earned a 16th-place result in the Women’s Collegiate Fours race at the prestigious 55th Head of the Charles Regatta with a time of 19.20.308 (Oct. 20)…finished second in the V4+ 3200m race at the Hatter Invitational in 12:35.7 (Oct. 26)…also finished third in the V8+ “A” boat at the same regatta with a time of 12:04.5 (Oct. 26)…helped the Championship 4+ boat to a fourth-place finish in 19:03.4 at the Head of the South (Nov. 9)…also placed seventh in the Championship 8+ boat at the same event in 17:59.7 (Nov. 9).
2018-19 (Freshman): Finished fifth in the Varsity 8+ 3200m race (13:08.5) and the Varsity 4+ 3200m race (13:42.1) at the Hatter Invitational (Oct. 27)...placed eighth in the Novice 8+ boat in 17:13.344 at the Head of the Hooch (Nov. 3)...won the Freshman/Novice 4+ race at the Head of the South in 19:45.7 (Nov. 10)...finished second in the Freshman/Novice 8 race in 7:31.12 at the FIRA Championships (April 6)...helped the Varsity 8+ boat to a runner-up finish in the "B" final at the SIRA Championships in 7:16.47 (April 20)...finished third in 6:49.4 in the Varsity 8 boat at the SSC Championships (April 26).
Prep: Graduated from Presentation of Mary Academy in 2018…rowed for Essex Rowing Club…finished first in the double at the 2018 Merrimack Chase and the Varsity 8 at the 2017 head of the Merrimack…earned third place in the Varsity 4 at the 2017 Saratoga Invitational.
Personal: Born in Methuen, Massachusetts…daughter of Elena and Jonathan Powell…majoring in Astronomy & Astrophysics…aspires to work at NASA or become a teacher.
