2021-22: CROSS COUNTRY: Sunshine State Conference Freshman of the Year…second team All-Sunshine State Conference after a ninth-place finish at the SSC Championship (Oct. 23) in 25:35.12…posted a career-best 8K time of 24:44.1 at the UAH Invite (Oct. 9)…placed 25^th overall with a PR of 32:53.5 in the 10K at the NCAA II South Region Championships (Nov. 6). INDOOR: Opened the indoor season with personal records in the mile (4:25.23) and 3000m (8:30.41) at the Carolina Challenge (Jan. 21-22). OUTDOOR: Competed in six meets…ran a career-best 14:4.78 in the 5000m at the Embry-Riddle Spike’s Classic (April 1-2)…scored 10 points for the Eagles at the Peach Belt Conference Championships (April 22-23) after placing third in the Steeplechase (9:35.44) and fourth in the 5000m (15:02.56)…had a PR of 9:24.83 in the Steeplechase at the Lee University Last Chance meet (May 14).

2020-21: CROSS COUNTRY: Ran in all three spring meets...best time of the season was 27:40.7 at the SSC Pre-Conference (Feb. 13)...finished seventh overall at the Daytona Dual (Jan. 30) in 27:42 and 19th overall at the SSC Championship (Feb. 27) in 27:45.18. OUTDOOR: Competed in five meets…turned in a pair of personal best performances at the Blue and Gold Invite (March 20) running a 10:08.23 in the 300m Steeplechase and a 4:16.86 in the 1500m…also recorded a PR of 15:19.42 in the 5000m at the Embry-Riddle Invite (April 17).

Prep: 2020 graduate of Hershey High School...posted prep-bests of 4:41 in the 1,600m, 9:43 in the 3,200m, and 16:16 in the 5k.

Personal: Born in Los Angeles, California...son of Kathy Crowley-Shea and John Shea...majoring in Mechanical Engineering.
