2021-22: INDOOR: Competed in three meets. OUTDOOR: Competed in six meets…scored 12 points for the Eagles at the Peach Belt Conference Championships (April 22-23) after finishing fourth in the 400 (48.93) and helping the 4x400m (3:19.39) relay team to second place.
 
2020-21: OUTDOOR:  2021 USTFCCCA All-Region selection in the 4x400m relay…competed in all seven meets…ran a personal-best 21.70 I the 200m at the Embry-Riddle Invite (April 17)..scored six points for ERAU at the Peach Belt Conference Championships with a third-place finish in a career-best 48.51in the 400m.
 
2019-20: INDOOR: USTFCCCA All-American and All-Region selection in the distance medley relay...part of the DMR team that won the South Carolina Invitational (Feb. 8) in a school-record time of 9:55.14...finished in the top-10 in the 600m at the Embry-Riddle indoor-Outdoor Challenge (Jan. 25) in a time of 1:27.60.

Prep: Graduated from Flagler Palm Coast High School in 2019…coached by David Halliday…posted personal bests of 11.2 seconds in the 100m, 22.2 seconds in the 200m, and 50.3 seconds in the 400m…three-time team captain…named track and field MVP…earned four letters each in track and field and football.

Personal: Born in Gainesville, Florida…parents are Darrell and Angela Thomas…majoring in Business Administration.
