CROSS COUNTRY: NCAA II All-South Region performer thanks to a 25th-place finish in 23:24.7 at the NCAA II South Region Championships (Nov. 6)...named the SSC Runner of the Week after a runner-up finish at the ERAU Classic (Sept. 25)...posted a career-best 5K time of 18:40.2 at the UAH Invitational (Oct. 9)...SSC Commissioner's Honor Roll. INDOOR: Earned NCAA II All-American honors with a fourth-place finish in the 800m in an indoor PR of 2:07.73. (March 11-12). …USTFCCCA All-Region honoree in the 800m, high jump, 4x400m relay and DMR…competed in five indoor meets…secured first place in the 800m at the BSC Indoor Icebreaker (Dec. 3), South Carolina Invitational (January 28-29), and the GVSU Big Meet (Feb. 12). OUTDOOR: Crowned NCAA II First Team All-American in the 800m with a third-place finish with a time of 2:08.74 at the NCAA II Outdoor Track & Field Championships (May 28)…USTFCCCA Outdoor All-Region honoree in 400m, 800m, high jump and 4x400m relay…Peach Belt Conference Track & Athlete of the Year…set a personal-best 400m time of 55.08 at the Embry-Riddle Spike’s Classic (April 1-2)…Peach Belt Conference Champion in the 400m (55.95), 800m (2.14.62), 4x400 (3.53.02), and high jump (1.69m) (April 22-23)…finished first in the 4x400m with a 3:45.84 time and had a PR in the 800m with a time of 2:05.83 at Lee University Last Chance meet (May.14).
2020-21: Peach Belt Conference Team of Academic Distinction…Peach Belt Conference Presidential Honor Roll Silver Scholar. CROSS COUNTRY: Sunshine State Conference Commissioner’s Honor Roll…competed in all three meets…placed third (21:01) at the Daytona Dual (Jan. 30)…the Eagles’ No. 3 (25:54.96) finisher at the SSC Championship (Feb. 27). OUTDOOR: Competed in all seven meets…repeated as a USTFCCCA Outdoor All-Region selection in the 400m, 800, high jump, 4x400m relay… named Peach Belt Conference Track Athlete of the Week for her performance during the week ending April 4…took first place in the 800 (2:20.79), high jump (1.67m) and 4x400m relay (3:57.34) at the ERAU First Chance Last Chance meet (Feb. 20)…successfully defended her PBC high jump title with a height of 1.70m (5-7) at the PBC Championships (April 30-May 1)…recorded a personal-best time of 2:11.10 at the Mount Olive First Chance and Multi (May 14-15).
2019-20: Inaugural recipient of the Howard Walls, Jr. Track & Field Memorial Scholarship…named an ERAU Eagles of Excellence Award winner. CROSS COUNTRY: Ran in all six meets...broke her career-best 5K time with an 18:56.1 at the FSU Invitational (Oct. 11), pacing the Eagles with a 45th-place showing...placed sixth overall at the ASICS Embry-Riddle Classic (Sept. 21). INDOOR: USTFCCCA Indoor All-American…named a USTFCCCA All-Region honoree in the 400m 800m, high jump and distance medley relay…qualified for the 2020 NCAA II Indoor National Championships in the 800m as the 13th seed…competed in seven meets…posted her 800m national championship qualifying time of 2:11.69 at the South Carolina Invitational…recorded her fastest career indoor 400m time of 57.26 at the Carolina Challenge (Jan. 31-Feb. 1)…best indoor high jump mark (1.66/5-5.25) also came at the Carolina Challenge…helped the distance medley relay team to first place in an ERAU season-best 12:05.18 at the JDL DMR Invitational (Feb. 21-22).
2018-19: CROSS COUNTRY: Competed in six meets...set her career-best 5K time of 19:17 at the Queen City Invitational (Sept. 28)...finished 31st at the SSC Championship (Nov. 3) in her best 6K time ever of 23:53.36. INDOOR: Finished second in the 800m in 2:18.91 at the BSC Panther Indoor Icebreaker (Nov. 30)…won the 800m (2:21.08), 4x400m relay (4:00.90), and high jump (1.61m) at the Embry-Riddle Indoor-Outdoor Challenge (Jan. 19)…won the 800m (2:18.01) and high jump (1.48m) at the Embry-Riddle First Chance Meet…earned All-South Region honors from the USTFCCCA in the high jump, 800m, and 4x400m relay. OUTDOOR: Won the 800m in 2:16.53 at the Tampa Track Classic (March 1)…won the 800m (2:17.67) and finished fourth in the high jump (1.65m) at the Embry-Riddle Spikes Classic…won the 400m (56.14) and high jump (1.71m) with career-best marks at the Peach Belt Championships (April 18-20)…also took second in the 800m (2:19.27), fourth in the 1500m (4:58.35), and fifth in the 4x400m relay (4:04.25) at the PBC meet, earning Track Athlete of the Year honors from the Peach Belt Conference…set a personal best in the 800m with a time of 2:11.55 at the Mount Olive First Chance and Multi, where she also won the high jump with a height of 1.69m (May 10-11)…earned USTFCCCA All-South Region honors in the 400m, 800m, and high jump.
2017-18: CROSS COUNTRY: Ran in six meets as a true freshman. INDOOR: USTFCCCA All-Region performer in the 400m, 4x400m relay, DMR and High Jump...competed in six meets for the Eagles...started the season with a first-place team finish in the DMR (12:21.62) at the BSC Panther Indoor Icebreaker (Dec. 1)...won the High Jump (1.60m) and finished second in the 600m (1:37.24) at the ERAU Indoor - Outdoor Challenge (Jan. 20)...season-best time of 58.56 in the 400m came at the Dunamis Super Meet (Feb. 11). OUTDOOR: USTFCCCA All-Region performer in the 400m, 4x400m relay and High Jump...Peach Belt Conference champion in the High Jump (1.66m) and as a member of the 4x400m relay team (3:49.61) at the PBC Championship (April 21), also finished second in the 400m (57.57) and seventh in the 800m (2:34.01)...posted a season-best 400m time at the Seminole Twilight (May 4), finishing second in 56.80.

PERSONAL: Born in Orlando, Florida...daughter of Shernale Roddy...completed her undergraduate in Aerospace and Occupational Safety with a minor in Business Administration in Spring 2021…currently pursuing her MBA.
