Elite Camp

GENERAL INFORMATION		JUNE 8-11 ERAU Softball Stadium and Turf Fields Girls Only 9 a.m. - 4 p.m. ENROLLMENT The fee for the Embry-Riddle Elite Softball Camp is $200 per camper. The camp is open to girls only. Full payment is due on the first day of the camp. To register by mail, make checks payable to Embry-Riddle Softball Clinics and send registration form along with $200 tuition to: Embry-Riddle Softball Camps 600 S. Clyde Morris Blvd. Daytona Beach, FL 32114 PARENT CONSENT & WAIVER The registration form, which includes a consent and waiver form, must be signed by a parent/guardian. All participants are also required to submit the two-sided Medical Release Form, which can be downloaded from the link above. EQUIPMENT Bring all equipment necessary for your position. Turf or tennis shoes are required. Also campers must bring lunch. DISCOUNT There is a discount available for groups of 6 or more. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION This is a commuter camp. There will be no housing or lunch provided. Snacks and drinks will be available for sale, but campers must bring their own lunch.
