ENROLLMENT
The fee for the Embry-Riddle Distance Camp is $420 per session if deposit received by June 8. The camp is open to all boys and girls, ages 12 and older. To reserve a spot, a non-refundable $100 deposit is required by June 8. Full payment is due on the first day of the camp. To register by mail, make checks payable to Embry-Riddle Cross Country and send registration form along with $100 deposit to:

PARENT CONSENT & WAIVER
The registration form, which includes a consent and waiver form, must be signed by a parent/guardian. All participants are also required to submit the two-sided Medical Release Form, which can be downloaded from the link above.
TRANSPORTATION
Transportation, if needed, will be provided for an additional fee of $150.
LODGING
The Distance camp will be housed at the Rocky Bottom Conference Center located in Sunset, S.C. on Sassafras Mountain, the highest point in South Carolina.

Critique of running form through video analysis

DISCOUNT
There is a 5% discount for teams of seven (7) or more.
Limited scholarships are available with demonstrated need.
REFUNDS
Tuition includes a $100 non-refundable processing fee. NO REFUNDS AFTER THE START OF CAMP.
