ENROLLMENT
The fee for the Embry-Riddle/Dave Gregson Summer Soccer Camp is $185. The camp is open to all boys and girls, ages 6-14. To reserve a spot, a non-refundable $50 deposit is required. Full payment is due on the first day of the camp. To register by mail, make checks payable to Embry-Riddle Men's Soccer and send registration form along with $50 deposit to:

PARENT CONSENT & WAIVER
The registration form, which includes a consent and waiver form, must be signed by a parent/guardian. All participants are also required to submit the Medical Release Form, which can be downloaded from the link above.

EQUIPMENT
Campers are required to bring soccer shoes, shin guards and a water bottle.

MEALS
Lunch will be provided.

DISCOUNT
There is a $25 discount per camper for Embry-Riddle employees.

REFUNDS
Tuition includes a $50 non-refundable processing fee. In the case of inclement weather, camp activities will be moved indoors. No refunds will be issued due to weather. NO REFUNDS AFTER THE START OF CAMP.
