Abha Bhandair is the Director of Team Resources – Total Rewards, Compensation & Benefits at Brown & Brown, Inc. based in Daytona Beach, FL. She joined Brown & Brown in 2015 and she has responsibility encompassing employee benefits, executive compensation, equity plan management, retirement plans and general compensation, including the strategy, design and implementation of total rewards and financial wellness initiatives. Ms. Bhandair also leads the Brown & Brown Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging taskforce.

Before joining the Brown & Brown team, she held the position of Manager of Accounting Services at the Newport Group, one of the leading retirement service companies in the US. Prior to that she held the position of Accounting Manager at an industrial firm.

Ms. Bhandair is a CPA, licensed in the State of Iowa and a Certified Equity Professional (CEP). She earned her MBA from Maharishi University of Management in Fairfield, Iowa. She holds a Master of Taxation degree from Florida Atlantic University and a Bachelor of Commerce with Honors from Delhi University in India. She is a member of the American Institute of CPAs, the National Association of Stock Plan Professionals, WorldAtWork, the Morgan Stanley at Work Client Advisory Board and the Charles Schwab Retirement Plan Services Client Advisory Board.
