Biography
2006 Track Season: Outdoor - Qualified for nationals in the 400m hurdles and as a member of the 4x400m relay team...set a school record in the 400m hurdles of 53.77 at the Emory Track and Field Classic (Mar. 31)...took first place in the 400m hurdles (55:03) and the 110m hurdles i(15.44) at the FSC Championships (Apr. 20)...also jumped to second and third place, respectively, in the triple jump (43’1.5’) and high jump (6’0”) at the conference meet...helped the 4x400m and 4x800m relay teams set new school marks of 3:16.85 (Georgia Tech Invitational, May 14) and 7:52.08 (FSC Championships, Apr. 20), respectively. Indoor – Posted his best 400m time of 49.84 at the NAIA Indoor National Track and Field Champinships...also competed in the 55m and 60m hurdle events.
Prep: Graduate of Dayton High School...earned four letters in track...recognized as the team's Most Improved Runner as a senior...also lettered in basketball.
Personal: Born in Houston, Texas on March 30, 1984...son of Carl and Kelly Grafe...majoring in Aerospace Engineering.
