2011: Redshirted.

At New Mexico JC from 2009-10: Played for Coach Josh Simpson and the Thunderbirds for one season…named the Region 5 Pitcher of the Year…honorable mention All-Region 5 at first base...posted an 8-2 record with a 3.12 ERA...batted .365 with six home runs.

At San Diego State from 2008-09: Spent time under Coach Tony Gwynn and the Aztecs...threw 15.0 innings with a 3.70 ERA while recording one save.

Prep: 2008 graduate of Ralston Valley High School…played under Coach Shane Freehling for four seasons…2008 Colorado Player of the Year…four-time All-State honoree…helped his team to the 2008 State Championship…named to the Rawlings/EASports Honorable Mention All-America team in 2008…All-Conference performer three times.

Personal: Majoring in Homeland Security…born in Salt Lake City, Utah on Sept. 6, 1989…son of Brigid and Ken Skipper...brother Dan has committed to the University of Tennessee to play football.
