Prep: 2004 graduate of Fairborn High School...three-time All-Mid-Miami League selection...team captain...garnered All-Region honors in 2002...named team MVP in 2001 and 2002...also lettered in swimming and track...earned All-League recognition four times and was honored as an All-Region selection twice in both swimming and track...swimming team MVP in 2002...track captain from 2003-2004.
Personal: Born in Rome, New York on March 6, 1986...daughter of Edward and Lindalee Mitnitsky...recruited by the University of Pittsburgh, but was unable to compete due to injury...majoring in Applied Meteorology.
