After serving two years as a Graduate Assistant Coach for his alma mater, Cj Henagan was elevated to full-time status in August 2024. Henagan joined the Embry-Riddle Men's Basketball coaching staff as a GA prior to the 2022-23 season following a five-year stint on the court. Henagan, a native of Hopkinsville, Kentucky, earned his undergraduate degree in Human Factors Psychology his Master's in Human Factors Psychology from Embry-Riddle.
Henagan was a two-time SSC Commissioner's Honor Roll awardee for the Eagles, appearing in 74 games with 16 starts over the course of his career. Henagan averaged 4.4 points, and 3.0 rebounds for the Blue and Gold.
