One of the most decorated Eagles in recent ERAU history, Romeo Crouch joined the coaching staff as a Graduate Assistant prior to the 2024-25 season. Crouch, returns to Daytona Beach after having played professionally with Oviedo Baloncesto in Spain.

Crouch came to Embry-Riddle prior to the 2019-20 season, having spent two seasons at NCAA I Presbyterian. The guard left the Blue & Gold program in the spring of 2022 as one of the most decorated and statistically successful in school history. He became the men's basketball program's first-ever NCAA II All-American after his 2021-22 season in which he led the Eagles to the NCAA II Sweet Sixteen, averaging 20.7 points, 5.2 rebounds, 4.9 assists, and 2.0 steals per game.Â
