2011-12: CROSS COUNTRY: Participated in four meets for Embry-Riddle…season-best time of 28:34.77 came at the USF Invitational (Sept. 9), putting him 68th overall. INDOOR: Participated in five meets for the Blue and Gold…helped his 4x800m relay team to a second-place finish at the ERAU Indoor/Outdoor Challenge (Jan. 28) with a time of 7:59.16…posted a 4:57.26 in the mile at the Jimmy Carnes Invitational (Jan. 14)…best 800m time of the winter was 2:01.85 at the Florida Gator Invitational (Jan. 22). OUTDOOR: Placed eighth at The Sun Conference Championships (Apr. 23) in the 3000m Steeplechase, running an 11:22.74.

2010-11: CROSS COUNTRY: Competed in seven meets for the Eagles...ran a season-best time of 27:41.39 at the Southeast Classic (Oct. 23). INDOOR: Competed in three meets as a freshman…finished fifth in the mile (4:46.39) at the ERAU Indoor Outdoor Challenge (Jan. 22)…improved his time in the mile by almost four seconds (4:42.74) at the Jimmy Carnes Invitational (Jan. 29)…placed ninth in the 1000m at the ERAU Last Chance (Feb. 18) with a time of 2:45.27. OUTDOOR: Ran a 2:02.93 in the 800m at the BCU Beach Invitational (Apr. 9)…earned a third-place finish in the 1500m at the conference championships (Apr. 17) in 4:02.38…ran a 4:01.54 in the 1500m at the FSU Twilight meet (May 6).

PREP: 2010 graduate of Nature Coast High School...received honors under Head Coach Armen Merjanian in both cross country and track.

PERSONAL: Raised in Tampa, Fla. on May 26, 1991...son of Bruce and Kathleen Federico...majoring in Aeronautical Science.
