2018-19: CROSS COUNTRY: Ran in five races...posted a career-best time of 27:56 at the Queen City Invitational (Sept. 28).

2017-18: SSC Commissioner’s Honor Roll recipient. CROSS COUNTRY: Competed in five meets for the Eagles…best 8k time came at the Mountain Dew Invitational (Sept. 23) when he finished in 28:40.1…second Eagle to cross the finish line at the Panther Invitational (Oct. 12) with a time of 17:16.9…placed 52^ndoverall a the Sunshine State Conference Championship (Oct. 21) in 29:14.46. INDOOR: Competed in five meets as a rookie...part of the third-place 4x400m relay team who finished in 3:41.95 at the Embry-Riddle/West Virginia Wesleyan Dual (March 5).

Prep: Graduated Summa Cum Laude from Lincoln High School in 2017...posted a prep-best Mile time of 4:31 and best 5k time of 17:13...seven-time All-Big Bend selection in cross country and track...qualified for the Florida State Track Championships in the 1,600m and twice in the 4x800m relay...cross country captain in 2016...named track MVP and two-time cross country MVP...ran the third leg of Lincoln's 4x800m relay team at the 2017 Florida State Track Championships as his team placed third.
 
Personal: Born in Tallahassee, Florida...parents are Jennifer and Douglas Cole...majoring in Software Engineering...tutor for the Wakulla High Robotics Club and was a camp counselor at Joe Bud's Fish Camp.
