2009-10: CROSS-COUNTRY – Ran in three events for ERAU…finished sixth at the Mt. Dew Invite (Sep. 18) in 27:47.10…ran a season best time of 27:41.34 at the Southeastern Classic (Oct. 24) to finish sixth on the team and 86th overall.

2008-09:  OUTDOOR – Placed second in the 1500m run at the Riddle Run-Around (April 5) with a time of 4:38.27. INDOOR – Placed ninth in the one mile run at ERAU Last Chance (Feb. 21) in a time of 5:01.84 and 12th in the 1000m run with a time of 3:02.55…participated in the ERAU Challenge (Jan.31) taking seventh in the 1000m run in 2:44.62 and 12th in the 800m run in 2:12.40. CROSS-COUNTRY – Competed in six events for the Eagles…ran his best race at the Florida Tech Invitational (Sept. 13) where he finished seventh overall with a time of 27:26…clocked in at 28:41 at the Sand Shark Invitational (Oct. 25) to finish seventh on the team and fourth overall.

Prep: Graduated from Northeast High School in 2008.

Personal: Born Nov. 12, 1989…the son of Melissa Longo of St. Petersburg, Fla. and Bernie Adkins of Richland, N.J….majoring in Meteorology…volunteered with the Friends of Strays, Lions Club and Southeastern Guide Dogs organizations.
