2018-19: CROSS COUNTRY: All-Region honoree for the Eagles after finishing 11th overall at the NCAA II South Region (Nov. 17) in 32:22.16, the fourth-fastest 10K time in team history...earned his third career All-Conference accolade with second team All-SSC honors thanks to an 11th-place finish at the SSC Championship (Nov. 3) in 26:14.28...led the Eagles at the NCAA II National Championship (Dec. 1) with a time of 34:36.9.

2017-18: INDOOR: Ran a 15:47.31 in the 5,000m at the Dunamis Super Meet (Feb. 11), finishing third.

2016-17: CROSS COUNTRY: Ran in two meets, finishing fourth in both the ASICS ERAU Classic (Sept. 17) in 26:47.7 and the Florida Tech Cross Country Invitational (Sept. 10) in 25:37.2. 

2015-16: CROSS COUNTRY: Competed in one meet as an unattached athlete, placing fifth overall at the Asics ERAU Classic in 27:17.57. INDOOR: Ran the 3000m and 5000m at three meets as an unattached athlete…best 3000m time came at the Samford Open (Feb. 13) when he finished in 9:08.83. OUTDOOR: Helped the Eagles’ unattached 4x800m relay team to a third-place finish of 9:28.06 at the Florida DII Intercollegiate Invitational (April 16) before finishing eighth in the 5000m (15:52.48) and ninth in the 800m (2:02.01.

2014-15: CROSS COUNTRY: Second team All-Conference performer with a 14th-place finish at The Sun Conference Championships (Nov. 8) in a time of 26:48.18…Named NAIA Cross Country Runner of the Week after finishing first at the South Florida Invitational (Sept. 5) in a time of 25:38.57...finished second at the ERAU ASICS Classic in 26:10.01…set a personal best time of 24:59.00 at the Charles Bowles Invitational (Oct. 4)...one of the Eagles' top three finishers in four of the six meets in which he competed. OUTDOOR: Ran the 3000m Steeplechase in four meets, including a fourth-place finish of 9:50.99 at the North Florida Twilight (April 10).

2013-14: CROSS COUNTRY: Sun Conference Newcomer of the Year and first team All-Sun Conference performer with a third-place finish at The Sun Conference Championships (Nov. 9) in a time of 25:12.58…second ERAU finisher at the NAIA National Championships (Nov. 23) with a 25:40.27 time…became the fifth-fastest Eagle in program history with a 25:01.65 at the Sand Shark Invite (Oct. 26). INDOOR: Qualified for and competed in the NAIA Indoor National Championships (March 6) in the 5000m where he finished 21st in 15:19.89…posted a time of 14:54.22 in the 5000m at the Embry-Riddle Last Chance (Feb. 22), finishing first…best 3000m time came at the Samford Multi and Invitational (Feb. 7) when he finished in 8:47.86. OUTDOOR: Named The Sun Conference Track Athlete of the Year, earning three All-Conference honors at The Sun Conference Championships (April 21) in the 10,000m (31:58.11), 5,000m (15:38.44) and 3000m Steeplechase (9:35.04)…ran the 3000m Steeplechase at the NAIA Outdoor National Championships (May 22), finishing in 9:53.27…posted career-bests in the 800m (2:01.85) and 1,500m (4:04.66) at the FSU Seminole Invitational (April 11).
 
PREP: 2013 graduate of Countryside High School...ran for coaches Eileen Givens and Ray Friedman...named team’s Rookie of the Year as a freshman...captained both the track and cross country teams...earned Most Valuable Runner honors...claimed the regional title in the two-Mile and 5k events and was the conference champion in the 4x800m relay, Mile and two-Mile runs.
