2016-17: Cross Country: Ran in all four meets for the Blue and Gold...fourth-best Eagle finisher at the Sand Shark Invite (Oct. 22), running a season-best 26:35.53...placed 43rd overall at the SSC Pre-Conference Meet (Sept. 10) in 28:06.08. Indoor: Member of the 4x400m relay team that placed second at the Embry-Riddle Indoor/Outdoor Challenge (Jan. 21) in 3:39.13...posted a season-best Mile time of 4:27.68 at the KMS Invitational (Jan. 29). Outdoor: Ran a 1:59.42 in the 800m at the Embry-Riddle First Chance-Last Chance (Feb. 18)...posted a time of 4:15.63 in the 1,500m at the UT Track Classic (March 3).

2013-16 at Everett Community College: Captained the Trojan track team...All-NWAC performer in the 1500m...posted college-best times of 1:58.08 (800m), 3:59.22 (1500m) and 26:30 (8k).

Prep: 2013 graduate of Nooksack Valley High School...ran for Coach Collin Buckley...captained his prep cross country team.
