Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University Athletics

Trevor Niedzwiecki joined the Embry-Riddle men's lacrosse coaching staff in August 2025, after wrapping up a four-year career with the Eagles. He joins the coaching staff having already gained coaching experience with the Cheyenne Mountain lacrosse club as well as Blue Label Lacrosse.

A native of Colorado Springs, Colorado, Niedzwiecki appeared in 50 games for the Blue and Gold from 2022-25, including 29 starts between his junior and senior season. The defender graduated with 38 ground balls and 15 caused turnovers while leading ERAU to their best season in program history as a senior. In addition, Niedzwiecki was recognized on the 2025 Sunshine State Conference Commissioner’s Honor Roll.

In the classroom, he has already graduated with a bachelor's degree in Aeronautics with minors in Aeronautical Science and Business Administration. He is now working towards a master's degree in Occupational Safety Management with an expected graduation date of May 2026.
