Biography
2020-21 (Sophomore): Grabbed a third-place finish of 7:20.73 in the “A” Varsity Four boat at the Florida Intercollegiate Rowing Association Championships (April 3)…also finished fourth in ERAU’s “A” boat in Varsity Eight (7:07.36)…improved at the Stetson Invitational (April 10) with a 6:27.22 to finish third in Varsity Eight.
2019-20 (Freshman): Took fifth in the “C” V8+ boat at the Hatter Invitational with a time of 11:45.9 (Oct. 26)…clocked an 8:09.09 in ERAU’s “B” V8+ boat at the Jacksonville Dual (March 7)...aided the Eagles' Club Novice 8+ boat to a first-place finish (16:22.0) at the Head of the South (Nov. 9).
Prep: Graduated from Palmetto High School in 2019...named a Golden Herald nominee and a Hugh O’Brian nominee…was a Sunshine State scholar.
Personal: Born in Bradenton, Florida…son of Julie and Joseph McNaughton…majoring in Aerospace Engineering.
