2023-24 (Senior): Competed in 15 races as a senior...helped the Eagles' Eights to a 15th place finish (12:17.750) at the Head of the Schuylkill (Oct. 28)...two first place finishes at Jacksonville in the Fours (Nov. 11)...two first place finishes at Rollins, one in Eights and one in Fours at Rollins (March 2)...first place at Florida Tech in the Eights (March 23)...silver medal at FIRA Championships (March 30) with the Eights (6:10.39)...earned bronze at the Knecht Cup (April 14) with the Eights (6:08.53)...picked up a first place finish at Dad Vail Regatta (May 10) with the Eights (6:21.56)

2022-23 (Junior): Competed in nine races…earned a gold and a silver medal…won three races…kicked off the spring by downing Rollins (Mar. 4) in a dual in Eights (5:58.3)…earned a silver medal in Fours ‘B’ (7:10.98) at the FIRA Championships (Apr. 1)…defended the program’s Varsity Four title at the SIRA Championships (Apr. 16), edging Texas by .110 to win with a 6:47.248.

2021-22 (Sophomore): Grabbed a third-place result (17:23.5) in the Club 4+ at the Head of the South (Nov. 13)…also finished fourth (14:50.3) in the Championship 8+…placed fourth at the Tars Regatta (March 5) in Varsity 4 “C” (8:40.8)…earned a runner-up placement (6:55.2) in Varsity 4 at Stetson (March 12)…picked up another second-place result in Varsity 8 (6:29.5) at Florida Tech (March 19)…helped the Eagles win the overall title at the FIRA Championships (April 2) for the first time with silver medals in Varsity 4 ‘B’ (7:16.48) and Varsity 8 (6:10.89).

Prep: Graduated from Bishop Moore Catholic High School in 2020…captain of the rowing team…selected for USRowing Olympic Development Team in 2019.

Personal: Born in Orlando, Florida…son of Christopher and Karen Thornburgh…brother, Noah, was also a rower at ERAU…majoring in Aviation Business Administration.
