Fall 2015: Competed in four fall events, compiling a 12-2 record in singles and an 8-2 mark in doubles…undefeated in three matches at the ERAU Open (Sept. 18-20)…won the singles consolation bracket at the USTA/ITA DII South Regional with a 6-0, 6-4 defeat of Florida Southern’s Laurent Mailoux (Sept. 27)…bested Flagler’s Kevin Gonzalez 7-6 (5), 6-1 to captured the Maroon Flight singles title at the Juan Varon Wildcat Invitational (Oct. 30)…teamed up with Carlos Becke for a 6-2 doubles record…the duo advanced to the quarterfinals of the USTA/ITA DII South Regional (Sept. 26).
 
As a Junior in 2014-15: Honorable mention All-American…second team All-Conference…began competing for the Eagles in the spring…finished the year at 13-7 in singles, including a 5-1 mark in league play…competed mainly at the third and fourth positions…scored the clincher in the Eagles’ NAIA national championship opening match with a 6-3, 6-3 defeat of Dalton State’s Jose Ruda (May 13)…his 20-4 doubles record included an 18-4 mark in partnership with Carlos Becke.
 
At Oral Roberts (2013-14): played two seasons for the Golden Eagles…ORU’s No. 1 singles player as a freshman, posting an 8-10 record at the top spot…named the Southland Conference Player of the Week on Feb. 19 after upsetting Arkansas’ Santiago Munoz…was 7-8 in singles play as a sophomore, including an ORU-best 3-3 conference mark, as well as an 8-7 doubles record.
 
Prep: Graduated from Ubbo-Emmius Gymnasium in May 2012…played high school tennis for Head Coach Rolf Wibben.
 
Personal: Born in Leer, Lower Saxony, Germany on Sept. 14, 1993…parents are Helmut and Jutta Zierlyn…pursuing a degree in Business Administration.
