Biography
2018-19 (Senior): Named to the Sunshine State Conference Academic Honor Roll…ITA Scholar-Athlete…was 9-12 in singles, including a 5-5 mark at the fifth spot in the lineup…posted a 3-5 SSC record…defeated Julian Turosienski to clinch the Eagles’ defeat of NAIA No. 2 Keiser (Feb. 13)…was 14-8 in doubles…teamed up with Lucas Bos for a 10-5 doubles ledger.
2017-18 (Junior): Finished with an 8-8 singles record…notched a 3-2 record in singles tournaments…had a three-match win streak in singles at the beginning of the season (Oct. 6, 13 and 11)…beat West Chester’s Aiden Henken 6-0, 6-0 at the No. 3 position in singles (March 11)...ended the season with a 10-10 record in doubles.
2016-17 (Sophomore): Named to the Sunshine State Commissioner’s Honor Roll…was 6-6 on the year in singles play…bested Flagler’s Tommaso Bagon 6-7 (5), 6-4, 10-8 (Sept. 16) on his way to a 2-1 record at the ERAU Open…won his last three singles matches of the season, all in three sets…his 10-6 doubles record included a 4-1 ledger in tandem with Rodolfo Arreygue…teamed up with Juan Ortiz Couder for a 3-4 mark at the No. 2 position in the lineup.
2015-16 (Freshman): Named to the Academic All-Sunshine State listing…posted a 10-4 singles mark…his four dual match wins came at the fourth, fifth and sixth positions…scored the clinching point against Southern New Hampshire (March 14) by besting Sebastian Ramirez 6-3, 6-4…was 9-6 in doubles…was 5-3 in tandem with Luke de Caires and 4-3 when paired with Rodolfo Arreygue. Fall 2015: Enjoyed a successful first semester with the Eagles, putting together a 6-3 singles record in three tournaments…was 3-1 with a pair of shutouts at the ERAU Open (Sept. 18-20)…won his opening match against West Alabama’s Casper Schuetze (7-5, 6-4) at the USTA/ITA DII South Regional tournament (Sept. 25)…partnered with Luke de Caires for a 2-1 doubles record.
Prep: Graduated from Collège Sainte-Anne in June 2014…the 2015 U18 Quebec Provincial Champion…achieved junior Canadian rankings of No. 32 in singles and No. 28 in doubles.
Personal: Born in Montreal, Quebec on Aug. 15, 1997…parents are Martin and Christine Faucher…majoring in Aerospace Engineering with a minor in flight.
