Biography
2009-10: OUTDOOR - Competed in three meets for the Eagles...recorded season-bests in the javelin (24.10m) and the shot put (11.30m) at the ERAU Spike's Classic (Apr. 3)...set personal best in discus (40.53m) at The Sun Conference Championships (Apr. 19)...finished sixth at Seminole Twilight in the hammer throw with a season-best 46.15m.
2008-09: OUTDOOR - Set the ERAU record in the weight throw at the Winter Sun #1 (Jan. 20) throwing 13.3m, for a second place finish overall...also set an ERAU record in the hammer throw at The Sun Conference Championships (Apr. 20), recording a distance of 42.97m... took second place at the ERAU Challenge (Jan. 31) in the weight throw with a distance of 12.62m...took home a first place finish at the ERAU Last Chance meet (Feb. 21), throwing 13.15m in the weight throw. INDOOR - Threw 11.45m in the shot put event at the Jimmy Carnes Invitational (Feb. 7).
PREP: A 2007 graduate of Mineola High School...earned one letter while participating in track and field...chosen as an All-County selection in discus.
PERSONAL: Born in Kerala, India on Feb. 7, 1989...majoring in Air Traffic Management with a minor in Meteorology...member of ERAU's First Generation Program and Air Traffic Controller club.
