Biography
2018-19: INDOOR: Ran a personal-best 7.07 in the 60m dash and was part of the first-place 4x200m relay team at the KMS Invitational (Jan. 27)…posted his career-best 200m time of 22.39 at the USC Open Indoor (Feb. 16). OUTDOOR: Set a personal record in the 400m (51.35) at the Black and Gold Challenge (March 15-16)…ran his fastest 100m race in 10.99 at the Peach Belt Conference Track & Field Championships (April 18-20).
PREP: 2017 graduate of Southport High School.
PERSONAL: Born in Indianapolis, Indiana…son of Rachel and Andy Mappes…majoring in Aeronautical Science.
