Prep: Graduated from Wharton High School in Tampa, Florida in 2019…coached by Heanon Tate and Kyle Lojaccono…set a personal record in the 110m hurdles (14.72) and 300m hurdles (40.27) at the FHSAA 4A Regional on April 27, 2019.
 
Personal: Born in Port-au-Prince, Haiti…son of Castor and Andre Rose David Delicieux…majoring in Computer Engineering…joined the Army National Guard after graduating from WHS in 2019.
