2024: Peach Belt Conference Presidential Honor Roll Silver Scholar. INDOOR: Competed in three meets…ran a personal record of 7.54 in the 60m dash at the Florida Collegiate Invitational (1/26/24) … posted a PR in the 60m hurdles of 8.60 at the Peach Belt Conference Indoor Track & Field Championships (2/19/24). OUTDOOR: Competed in six meets…at the Embry-Riddle Blue and Gold meet (3/2/24) he came second in the 110 hurdles and third in the 400m hurdles… ran a career best of 54.27 in the 400m hurdles at the Peach Belt Conference Track & Field Championship (4/30/24).

2019-22 (at Caroll College): Two-time Frontier Conference champion in the 110m hurdles…helped the Fighting Saints’ 4x100m relay team to back-to-back Frontier Conference titles in 2021 and 2022.
 
Prep: May 2019 graduate of Laurel High School…four-time state qualifier…2019 Class A state champion in 100m hurdles…turned in personal bests of 14.98 in the 110m hurdles and 40.06 in the 300m hurdles…four-time All-Academic honoree.
 
Personal: Born in Billings, Montana…parents are Randy and Alesia Abell…majoring in Aerospace Engineering.
