2008: CROSS-COUNTRY ? Scored in four of the seven meets in which he competed...opened the season as the No. 5 Eagle runner at the UCF Knights Invitational (Sept.6), where he ran a 28:16.37...clocked his season best of 26:51.66 at the FSU Invitational (Sept. 27)...posted his highest finish at the Sand Shark Invitational (Oct. 25), placing third among ERAU runners and sixth overall with a time of 27:49.

2007-08: INDOOR ? Took first place in both the 800m and 1000m at the Blue Gold Invite (Feb. 2) with times of 1:57.95 and 2:35.04, respectively. OUTDOOR ? Helped the 4x800m relay team to second place in Florida State Relays in 7:53.81 (Mar. 27)...finished second in the 800 meter run in 1:57.02 at the Florida Sun Conference Championships (Apr. 21). CROSS COUNTRY ? Ran in three events for the Eagles...placed seventh overall at the Florida Tech Invitational (Sept. 8) with his season-best time of 27:15.40.

2006-07: INDOOR ? Hit his season-best mark of 2:41 in the 1000m run at the Winter Sun #2 (Feb. 17)...member of the 4x400m relay team that posted a season-best time of 3:18.63 at the ERAU Last Chance Meet (Feb. 24)...ran the first leg of the 4000m distance medley relay that qualified for nationals under the ?A’ standard in a season-best time of 10:19.55 at the ERAU Last Chance Meet (Feb. 24). OUTDOOR ? Competed in the 800m, 1000m and 1500m events...posted his season-best times in the 800m and 1500m at the FSU Relays (Mar. 29) with times of 1:54.70 and 4:13.24, respectively, bettering his previous school record in the 800m...ran the third leg of the 4x800m ERAU relay squad that posted a season-best time of 7:49.49 and qualified for nationals under the ?B’ standard at the FSC Championships (Apr. 19). CROSS COUNTRY - Competed in six meets...lowered his personal best to 27:29.9 at the Greater Louisville Classic (Sept. 30)...posted his top overall finish of 14th at the ERAU/Smoothie King Invitational (Sept. 23).

2005-06: INDOOR ? Competed in the 800m at two meets, recording his fastest time of 1:58.25 at the Tiger Invitational (Feb. 10). OUTDOOR ? Set a new school record in the 800m of 1:55.33 at the Seminole Twilight (May 6)...anchored the 4x800m relay team to second place at the FSC Championships (Apr. 20) in a program-best time of 7:52.08...ran his fastest 1500m race of the year (4:13.32) at the Seminole Track Invitational (Apr. 7). CROSS COUNTRY ? Competed and scored in seven meets as a freshman and finished in the No. 6 and No. 7 spots for the Eagles...his best overall finish was 19th at the FSC/NAIA Region XIV meet (Nov. 2)...ran his fastest race of the season at the NAIA National meet where he crossed the line in 28:14.65 (Nov. 18).

Prep: 2005 graduate of Buchholz High School...four-year letterwinner in cross country and track for coach Ron Norris...posted a 1:58 in the 800-meter event in 2004...captured the 800-meter open title at the 2005 district meet...ran a personal best 50.4 in his leg of the 4x400-meter team at the 2005 state meet...helped Buchholz to four district titles and one state title...also lettered in soccer.
