Rafael Patrick returns for his fourth season as an assistant coach after a terrific four-year career as an athlete at Embry-Riddle. He participated as a sprinter and a jumper for the Blue and Gold and currently holds both the indoor and outdoor school records for the long jump at 7.31m and 7.26m, respectively. His 7.31m effort earned him a second place finish at the Indoor NAIA National Championship in 2009.

He will continue to use his expertise to assist the next wave of ERAU jumpers this season. Patrick completed his bachelor’s degree in Human Factors Psychology in 2009 and earned his Masters in Human Factors and Systems in 2012.
