Biography
2015-16: CROSS COUNTRY: Ran in one meet for the Eagles, posting a 25:00.10 at the four-mile UT Early Bird Classic (Sept. 4). INDOOR: Four-meet participant during the indoor season…finished second along with his Distance Medley Relay team at the KMS Invitational (Jan. 31) with a time of 10:47.16…part of the fifth-place 4x400m relay team at the Embry-Riddle Last Chance (Feb. 20) with a time of 3:23.45. OUTDOOR: Set a personal-best time of 23.40 in the 200m at the ERAU/West Virginia Wesleyan Dual (Feb. 27) to place second…helped post a time of 3:30.57 in the 4x400m relay at the Embry-Riddle Spikes Classic (April 2).

2014-15: CROSS COUNTRY: Competed in three meets…best time of the season (29:55.41) came at the FSU Invitational (Oct. 10). INDOOR: Posted a first-place finish in the 600m (1:22.55) and the 4x400m relay (3:24.41) at the Embry-Riddle Indoor/Outdoor Challenge (Jan. 17)…ran a season-best 51.28 in the 400m at the Samford Multi (Feb. 14)…part of the 4x800m relay team that ran at the NAIA Indoor National Championships. OUTDOOR: NAIA All-American in the 4x800m relay, finishing fourth in 7:34.27 at the NAIA Outdoor National Championships (May 23)…All-Sun Conference accolades in the 800m (1:58.97 – third) and the 4x800m relay (7:54.64 – first)…ran a career-best 1:56.22 in the 800m at the Embry-Riddle Spikes Classic (April 4).

PREP: 2014 graduate of Lakewood High School where he ran for Coach Anthony Snead…named his cross country team’s Most Improved Runner as a freshman and twice earned the Spartans’ Most Valuable Runner as a sophomore and junior…team captain for three seasons…Regional finalist in 2012, 2013 and 2014…National Honor Society member…earned the Dr. Mac J. Williams Academic Excellence Award all four years of his prep career…Honor Roll student and named to the Principal’s List as a senior.
