2019-20: CROSS COUNTRY: Ran in four meets as a senior...set his best 8K time at the FSU Invitational (Oct. 11) with a finish of 28:04.7.

2018-19: CROSS COUNTRY: Competed for the Eagles in six meets...broke his career-best 8K time at the Sand Shark Invitational (Oct. 20) in 28:06.4...time of 28:07.35 at the Mountain Dew Invitational (Sept. 22) put him 114th overall. INDOOR: Won the 800m in 1:54.80 at the Embry-Riddle Indoor-Outdoor Challenge (Jan. 19)…set a personal best with a time of 52.01 in the 400m at the Carolina Challenge (Jan. 31)…earned USTFCCCA All-South Region honors in the 800m and the Distance Medley Relay. OUTDOOR: Clocked a personal best with a 4:07.21 in the 1500m at the Black and Gold Challenge (March 16)…scored points in the 800m (1:54.89, 3rd) and the 1500m (4:09.60, 7th) at the Peach Belt Championships (April 18-20)…won the 800m in 1:57.10 at the PURE Athletics Sprint Elite Meet (May 5)...ran a personal record 1:52.73 at the Tom Jones Meet (April 26).

2017-18: CROSS COUNTRY: Ran in five meets for the Blue and Gold…best 8k time of 29:21.4 came at the Mountain Dew Invitational (Sept. 23)…finished 12^thoverall at the Panther Invitational (Oct. 12) with a time of 17:30.2…ran a 29:43.79 at the Sunshine State Conference Championship (Oct. 21). INDOOR: Ran in seven meets for the Eagles...member of the winning DMR team at the BSC Panther Indoor Icebreaker (Dec. 1) in a time of 10:24.12...also a part of the second-place 4x400m relay team (3:33.08) at the Dunamis Super Meet (Feb. 11)...won the 600m in a personal-best 1:23.99 at the Embry-Riddle First Chance Last Chance (Feb. 17). OUTDOOR: Competed in two events at the Peach Belt Conference Championship (April 21), finishing fourth overall in the 800m (1:56.49) and 12th in the 1,500m (4:23.31)...posted a season-best 1:53.17 in the 800m at the North Florida Invitational (April 27)...best 1,500m time of 4:10.87 came at the UNF Spring Break Invitational (March 23).

2016-17: Utilized redshirt for both the indoor and outdoor track seasons.

2015 at Jacksonville: Ran in all five meets for the Dolphins...posted a season-best 29:19 at the FSU Invitational (Oct. 2).

Prep: Graduated Magna Cum Laude in 2015 from First Coast Christian School…ran for coach Jeff Henderson served as team captain for both his cross country and track teams...set First Coast Christian records in the 1600m and 3200m...claimed five district titles, including in the 800m, 1600m (twice), 3200m and 5000m...first team All-State in 2015, selected to represent the United States in the East Conference Track & Field Team Invitational in Australia in 2015...posted personal bests of 2:03 in the 800m, 4:37 in the 1600m and 10:18 in the 3200m...best 5k time as a prep was 17:20...member of the National Junior Honors Society and National Beta Club...was a member of the school chorus.
 
Personal: Born in Jacksonville, Florida…son of David and Lanette Hart…majoring in Operational Meteorology...volunteered for several community and school activities, totaling nearly 350 hours during his time in high school, including serving as a classroom aid for preschool students...student intern at the Museum of Science and History.
