2024: INDOOR: Competed in five meets…he recorded a PB and second place of 15.06m in the weighted throw at the Celebration Pointe Classic (2/9/24). OUTDOOR: Competed in seven meets…finished the discuss in first place at the Embry-Riddle Blue and Gold meet (3/2/24)… earned a second place finish at the Embry-Riddle Eagle meet (4/20/24)… achieved a PB in the discus with 43.95m, a career high in the hammer throw (44.72m) and a PR in the shot put (13.07m) at the Peach Belt Conference Track & Field Championship (4/30/34).

Prep: 2023 graduate of Rome Free Academy…coached by his father Ted... set personal bests of 159-6 in the discus and 4-2 in the shotput...captain, scholar athlete, Section Champion in discus, TVL league champion shotput and discus, All-State NY in discus in track and field...captain and scholar athlete in hockey.

Personal: Born in Rome, New York…parents are Ted and Carissa Swavely…majoring in Aerospace Engineering…volunteered with reading to elementary students…worked with younger kids at my local ice rink…worked with younger kids to teach the basics of throwing.
