Prep: A 2008 graduate of Winter Springs High School...captained the track and field team all four years...awarded the most valuable performer...finished second in conference in the 800m...member of the first-place 4x400m relay and the 4x800m relay teams...took home third place at regionals in the 800m with a time of 1.55...ran at the Holy Trinity Allstar meet...lettered in football as well.

Personal: Born in Massachusetts on Feb. 12, 1989...son of Mayra and Johnny Rivera...majoring in Homeland Security.
