Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University Athletics

2015: INDOOR: Ran a 23.38 in the 200m at the Embry-Riddle Indoor/Outdoor Challenge (Jan. 17) before running a 53.56 in the 400m…helped the Eagles’ 4x400m relay team finish seventh at the Embry-Riddle Last Chance (Feb. 21) in a time of 3:31.67. OUTDOOR: Competed in the 400m hurdles at The Sun Conference Championship (April 19), placing 10^th overall in a personal-best 1:07.53…ran a 23.06 in the 200m at the North Florida Twilight (April 10)…best 100m time of the season (11.55) came at the Embry-Riddle Spikes Classic (April 4).

2013-14: INDOOR: Competed in two meets…best times included 24.08 in the 200m dash at the ERAU Indoor/Outdoor Challenge (Jan. 25) and 55.01 in the 400m dash at ERAU Last Chance (Feb. 22).  OUTDOOR: Ran in six meets…set several personal bests including a time of 23.20 in the 200m dash at FSU Twilight (May 9) and 53.20 in the 400m at the UNF Spring Break Invitational (March 28-29).

PREP: Graduated from Mansfield Timberview High School in June 2013…ran track under head coaches Keylon Kincaid, Rayford Ross and Robert Johnson…personal-best times include an 11.21 in the 100m, 22.21 in the 200m, and 50.70 in the 400m…in 2010 was the Track & Field junior varsity Most Valuable Athlete…was the team co-captain in 2012 and team captain in 2013…All-State academic honoree.
 
PERSONAL: Born on May 3, 1995 in Granbury, Texas...parents are Angela and Christopher Stief…pursuing a degree in Aeronautical Science…hopes to become a pilot.
