2008-09: OUTDOOR – helped set an ERAU record of 42.01 in the 4x100 relay at the NAIA National Championship (May 21)…ran the 400m in 51.24, good for a seventh place finish at the ERAU Challenge (Jan. 31)…also ran for the 4x400m relay team and took home a first place finish in 3:20.85…competed in the 400m hurdles and the triple jump at the Riddle Run Around (Apr. 5) finishing third in the hurdling event (56.10) and first in the triple jump (13.90m). INDOOR – Competed in the triple jump and the 400m at the Jimmy Carnes Invitational (Feb. 6), taking third place in the triple jump (13.53m) and 10th in the 400m (52.37)…was also a member of the second place 4x400 relay team that crossed the finish line in 3:19.47.

2007-08: OUTDOOR – Competed in the long jump and the triple jump at the FSU Relays (Mar. 29) jumping 5.82m and 13.26m, respectively…jumped 14.14m for fifth place in the triple jump and completed the 110m hurdles in 15.70 and the 400m hurdles in 56.93 at the Miami Elite Invitational (Apr. 12)…took second place in both the triple jump and the high jump, leaping 12.94m and 1.75m, respectively, at the Spike’s Classic (Mar. 19). INDOOR – A member of the second place 4x400 relay team and jumped 6.04m, finishing fifth in the long jump at the Winter Sun #1 (Jan. 19)… ran the 200m run in 23.51 for first place at the ERAU Challenge (Feb. 2).

2006-07: OUTDOOR – Hit his season-highs in the high jump (1.72m) and the 110m hurdles (19.26) at the FSC Championships (Apr. 19)…recorded his best time of 2007 in the 200m of 23.28 at the ERAU Classic (Mar. 24)…raced to a time of 52.57 in the 400m at Webber International (May 4). INDOOR – Posted a 6.18m on the long jump at the ERAU Last Chance Meet (Feb. 24)…leapt to 13.29m in the triple jump at the ERAU Indoor/Outdoor Challenge (Jan. 27).

Prep: Graduated from Fairfax High School in 2006…earned six letters while participating in track…selected as the track team captain for his senior season…named the track MVP in 2006…recipient of the Leadership Award…also played five years of club soccer.

Personal: Born in Washington, D.C. on Oct. 2, 1988…son of Richard and Bernadette Thomas…majoring in Aerospace Engineering.
