2018-19: CROSS COUNTRY: Second team All-SSC runner with a 14th-place finish at the SSC Championship (Nov. 3) in 26:27.46...ran a career-best 8K time of 26:06.38 at the Mountain Dew Invitational (Sept. 22)...helped lead the Eagles to the South Region title with a seventh-place finish at the NCAA II South Region (Nov. 17) in the seventh-best 10K time in program history, 33:14.11. INDOOR: Finished fifth in the mile (4:43.77) at the Embry-Riddle Indoor-Outdoor Challenge (Jan. 19)…clocked a personal best in the 3000m with a time of 8:59.85 at the USC Open Indoor (Feb. 16)…recorded a career-best time of 4:15.21 in the 1500m at the Embry-Riddle First Chance Meet (Feb. 23). OUTDOOR: Posted a personal best in the 5000m with a time of 15:29.03 at the North Florida Spring Break Invitational (March 22)…registered a career best in the 10,000m with a 33:08.63 at the Embry-Riddle Spikes Classic (March 30).

2017-18: CROSS COUNTRY: Redshirted.INDOOR:Ran in both the Embry-Riddle First Chance Last Chance (Feb. 17) and UT Track Classic (March 2).OUTDOOR: Finished in 35:53.51 in the 10,000m at the Peach Belt Conference Championship (April 21)...career-best 5,000m time of 15:56.47 came at the Embry-Riddle Spikes Classic (April 7).

2016-17: CROSS COUNTRY: Ran in all four meets...top Eagle finisher at the Mountain Dew Invitational (Sept. 24) in a time of 27:03.22...best time of his rookie campaign was 26:26.85 at the Sand Shark Invite (Oct. 22).Outdoor: Ran the 1,500m (4:29.58) against West Virginia Wesleyan (March 6)...finished fifth in the 5,000m in 16:13.57 at the Florida Division 2 Challenge (March 25).

Prep: 2016 graduate of Sickles High School…ran for coaches Gale Bottone, David Rittenour and Ray Freidman…qualified for the BorderClash as a junior.
