2024: INDOOR: Competed in three meets… broke his career best in the 3000m at the Florida Collegiate Invitational (1/27/24) with 8:43.62 earning second-place. OUTDOOR: Competed in five meets… won first-place with a personal record at the Embry-Riddle Running Elements Classic (3/28/24) in the 5000m with 14:44.32 …at the Embry-Riddle Eagle meet (4/20/24), he had a PB of 4:03.56 in the 1500m.
2022-23: INDOOR: Set personal record with 8:55.95 in the 3000 meters at the RADD College Invitational (Jan 19-20). OUTDOOR: Recorded career-bests with 15:11.58 in the 5000 meters at the UNF River City Spring Break Classic (Mar 16-17) and 33:23.42 in the 10,000 meters at the Embry Riddle Spikes Classic and Multi College (March 30-April 1).
2021-22: INDOOR:Â Ran a personal-best 9:07.24 in the 3000m at the South Carolina Invitational (Jan. 28-29).
