2024: INDOOR: Competed in four meets…at the Peach Belt Conference Indoor Track & Field Championship (2/19/24), he set two career-best marks, running 4:16:87 in the mile and 8:29:38 in the 3000m with third place finishes in both. OUTDOOR: Competed in five meets… had a PB in the 1500 m of 3:53.96 at the Embry-Riddle Blue and Gold Meet (3/2/24) and finished second… ran a personal record in the 5000m of 15:04.16 at the Bob Hayes Spring Break Invitational (3/16/24).

Prep: Graduated in 2022 from Miyamura High School where he competed for four seasons on the track and in cross country...earned All-State honors three times in cross country, and three times on the track...served as team captain for three seasons... three-time team MVP in both track and cross country...MHS and District Senior of the Year...earned All-Academic Athlete honors for four years...high honor roll four times.

Personal: Born in Phoenix, Arizona...son of Deanna and Abraham Benson...majoring in Software Engineering.
